Meet Leonard Angelucci owner of T.D Alfredos Pizzeria. In a high employee turnover, low retention, mostly minimum wage business Leonard keeps himself surrounded with good people who help him make the best pizza shop in town for over 35 years. I was fortunate to work with Leonard for 5 weeks and today I share one of his many gifts.
