65 years ago Charles M Schultz gave us the gift of The Peanuts Gang and won our hearts through Charlie Brown, Snoopy and the whole cast of characters.  He set the standard for cartooning and in the process reminded us all that no matter our insecurities our lives can be a gift of good, hope, kindness and forgiveness for the world.
